Awesome Ambitions is a Kansas City nonprofit dedicated to empowering, educating, and equipping girls in grades 8–12 from underserved communities to recognize their value and build a plan for future success. Through mentorship, leadership development, career exposure, and hands-on experiences, the organization helps young women grow in confidence and prepare for their futures. Its programming focuses on four key areas: college and career readiness, entrepreneurship, health and wellness, and social justice.

Founded in 1997, Awesome Ambitions has impacted thousands of young women throughout the Kansas City area.
